Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ship orders promptly, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volume. SEKLUDED is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. SEKLUDED is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
